We recommend referring to our comprehensive Size Guide found on each product page. For the most accurate fit, we suggest measuring your chest, waist, and inseam, or visiting one of our stores for a professional fitting.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer returns on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Sale items may be returned for an exchange or store credit only.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days for metropolitan areas. Please allow additional time for regional locations.
Do you offer alterations for online purchases?
Yes, you can bring your online purchase into any M.J. Bale standalone boutique for professional tailoring. Please note that alteration fees apply and items that have been altered cannot be returned.

Where does M.J. Bale source its wool?
We are proud to source high-quality, sustainable Merino wool directly from Australian growers. Much of our wool is produced at our own carbon-neutral farm, Kingston, in Tasmania.
